Announces 76 New Buses for Girls’ Colleges

Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz inaugurated the transport Program for women. Under which, 76 new buses will be announced 76 New Buses for the Girls’ Colleges of the province. Buses have been given to 19 women’s colleges in the first phase. Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz has handed over the keys of the buses to the principals of 19 colleges. Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz assured to provide air-conditioned vehicles for girls’ colleges.

Secretary Dr. Farrukh Naveed, while speaking, said that buses will be provided to 76 colleges in three phases. In the first phase, buses were given to the women’s colleges of 19 tehsils that did not have transport facilities earlier. In the second phase, 35 tehsils will be provided with buses and coaches. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, while meeting the students of women’s colleges, said that the Punjab government will definitely help them.

Buses Provided to Girls’ College

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz started the transport program for women. Under this, 76 buses will be provided for the girls’ colleges of the province. In the first phase, buses were given to 19 women’s colleges. The Chief Minister handed over the keys of the buses to the principals of 19 colleges. In the first phase, buses were given to the women’s colleges of 19 tehsils that did not have transport facilities. So these buses bring all the students from home to college during school hours and bring them home after vacation.

How Many Colleges Were Provided With Buses?

Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz, while launching the abuse, said that we are providing buses to those colleges that were not provided buses earlier. How Many Tehsils Were Buses Provided in the First Phase?

In the first phase, buses were given to the women’s colleges of 19 tehsils, which did not have transport facilities, including Bhakkar, Sialkot, Chiniot, Kamalia, Hasilpur, Malkwal, Ferozwala, Shurkot, Jatoi, Fateh Jang, and Hasan Abdal. Kot Momin, Jalalpur Pirwala, Kallar Syedan, Pindi Gheb, Manchanabad, and Sharqpur are included.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced that buses will be provided in these tehsils. So that buses are also provided in these tehsils and all the students of the colleges of these tehsils go home and come to the college in the buses given by the Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, so that they do not face any kind of problem or difficulty in commuting, and they can go to their homes. Which Tehsils Will Be Provided With Buses in the Second Phase?

In the second phase, buses will be provided to the girls’ colleges of Nowshera Varkan, Dina, Yazman, Pindi Bhattian, Lalian, Bhawana, Kot Addu, Taxila, Sarai Alamgir, and Pelan. Allama Iqbal Town Lahore, Isa Khel, Raiwand, and Sohawa Girls Colleges will also get buses by 2025.

Buses and 32 coaches will be provided to 35 more tehsils by 2025. Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz will start the buses in these tehsils in 2025. Because these tehsils already have the first buses. Female students go to their homes, and the driver takes them from home to college on these buses in the morning, and they do their studies well.
